Emergency appointments offer – terms and conditions

This offer is only available between 29.08.25 and 31.01.26. The emergency appointment offer includes examination, 1 X-ray and prescription if required for £50 and only applies where the appointment in relation to this offer is booked and attended before 23:59 on 31/01/26 and is for emergency appointment only. Payment will need to be taken at the time of booking. If you fail to attend your appointment you will not be refunded.

Appointments are subject to availability and are with general dentist clinicians only. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. The emergency appointment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that a clinician is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment.

Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The emergency appointment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer.

City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth and City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.

The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. City Centre Dental and Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
