This offer is valid for new and existing patients who attend the Dental Implant open day on 12 November 2025 at City Centre Dental & Implant Clinic for a consultation and confirm their course of Dental Implant treatment by 17 November 2025 to receive free whitening treatment, and £500 off dental implants for treatment over £5,000. Any decision to have Dental Implant treatment after 17 November 2025 will be at full cost. Consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
